As a military veteran and owner, I apply the same dedication and structured approach that defined my service to every property I manage. My background includes leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and building strategies that drive success. A serial entrepreneur, I’m adept at spotting market opportunities and driving innovation. My expertise in underwriting multifamily properties—through detailed analysis of operating statements and financial risk mitigation—ensures a strategic, value-driven approach for clients.

As the Vice President of Residential Operations, I bring over eight years of experience managing large multifamily properties. I demonstrate strong dedication and a proactive approach to property management. Skilled in property management software and Microsoft Office, I excel in effective tenant communication, budget management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
In my role, I deliver exceptional service to property owners and tenants. I oversee daily operations, maintenance, leasing, and financial performance. By utilizing PMI's tools and principles, I ensure that all management practices align with our company goals and standards.

As the Vice President of Market Strategy, I bring 18 years of military leadership experience to the property management sector. I demonstrate a strong dedication to enhancing personnel planning, resource management, and operational efficiency. Highly trained in process improvement methodologies, I excel in translating strategic objectives into actionable market strategies that drive business growth and improve property performance.
In my role, I aim to deliver significant value to property owners by ensuring their investments are well-managed and effectively positioned in the market. I design and implement workforce programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance tenant satisfaction. By focusing on these areas, I work to align our management practices with company goals and ensure the success of our property management initiatives.

Isaiah Hernandez joined PMI Gulf Horizons in May 2025 as part of the residential and multifamily property management team. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at the University of South Alabama, where he is building a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and real estate management.
At PMI Gulf Horizons, Isaiah applies his academic background to real-world property management operations, gaining hands-on experience in leasing coordination, client relations, and portfolio management. He approaches each task with enthusiasm and a commitment to learning, ensuring that both property owners and residents receive exceptional service and support.
Isaiah is passionate about developing his career in the real estate industry and continues to expand his knowledge of property management practices and market trends. With a focus on growth, professionalism, and service excellence, he strives to contribute meaningfully to the success of PMI Gulf Horizons and its clients.

Shannon Cornell has been in the Real Estate Industry with a focus on Property Management since 2001. She first worked on the administration side for over 10 years before getting her real estate license. Once she did get her license, she took off running with it. She took over a portfolio of about 40 properties and within 4 years she built that up over 120 properties. Shannon joined the Arrico Family in 2016. She is Co-Owner and Manager of the Lakeland Office.
Shannon was one of the driving forces to bring a NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Chapter back to Lakeland. She is a past President of the Greater Lakeland chapter and is part of several committees with both the State and National Chapters of NARPM. Shannon has also been on the Lakeland Realtors Board of Directors since 2013 and is very active on multiple committees as well. Shannon was voted by her peers to be the Realtor of the Year for 2020. She was the President of Lakeland Realtors in 2022. Shannon was also DVP for Florida Realtors for District 10.
Shannon has been married to her husband, Ty since 2003 and they have a daughter, Emily and 2 Beautiful Grandchildren, Julianni and Ezekiel. They currently live in Auburndale and are looking forward to buying more investment properties in the near future.
